The Hyundai Bluelink app, available for download from the App Store and Google Play, keeps you connected to your vehicle by putting a host of services at your fingertips. Hyundai recently announced a Canadian redesign of its app to provide its drivers with an improved user experience and diagnostic functions.
News for drivers of electrified vehicles
First of all, note that it is now possible to use the Bluelink application with an Apple Watch or Google Watch. In addition, Hyundai offers a set of functions aimed at EV drivers as owners of electrified vehicles use the app three times more often according to a study conducted by Hyundai. This set of functions includes starting and stopping charging, programming charging and locating charging stations. An optimized interface
With the recent update, Bluelink users are entitled to a new interface that allows optimal use of the application. Two new pages have been created, including “Car Care” and “My Dealer”. In addition, an electronic version of the owner's manual can be found on the "Car Care" page. The second page allows the driver to have a wealth of information on his favorite Hyundai dealers, including their contact details.Users can choose the look of the new interface by choosing from three color schemes and a night mode. This new version also offers different sound environments, in order to offer a more serene driving experience.
Connected guidance
With the new navigation system with connected guidance, you will be entitled to traffic forecasts and arrival times with greater precision. All this thanks to the routes that are calculated by a powerful server integrated into the Bluelink cloud environment.
From this fall, if you use the Bluelink application, you can go to a dealership to update the software and take advantage of these brand new features.
