Hyundai Signature Certification
Since 2014, Hyundai has launched its "Signature" Certification program for its dealers nationwide, to allow them to differentiate themselves from conventional sales and service processes, with the aim of offering the best possible service.
When the program was launched, Hyundai commissioned the leader in customer service research, J.D. Power, to establish the parameters for dealership evaluations.
After various market studies and after compiling several customer comments, standards have been established, with the aim of setting customer expectations on which the Hyundai "Signature" Certification program is based. In addition, the approach is personalized for each dealership to adapt to different clienteles.
